Continue ReadingIn the school garden we are growing cabbage, onions, potatoes and carrots. In May our classroom went out and planted the cabbage. The junior room planted potatoes. Tommy Walshe helped us. We have also done some planting indoors in pots. We are growing peas and cress I am looking forward to eating my cress!

Continue ReadingWe made Easter cupcakes. We melted chocolate and mixed it with All Bran cereal. We scooped them into paper cases and they looked like nests. Then we put a chick into the nest and little sweets that looked like eggs. I enjoyed making mine and eating it too!
