Potatoes: By Kate
Tommy Walsh helped us plant potatoes before the lock down. He looked after them for us during lock down. When we came back our teacher, Mr. Gallagher brought in buckets and shovels. We took turns going outside to dig in pairs. We got at least 18 potatoes per family in the school. When I got home that evening we made crisps and chips from the potatoes. They tasted delicious.
