Lacken Cross Sports day: Tommy

On the 23rd of May, 5th and 6th class went to Lacken Cross for a sports day. When we arrived we were divided into groups. First we did rugby, we practised passing and then we had a match. It was tag rugby so if you got touched you had to stop running and pass the ball. Then we did dancing. We were taught steps to a dance and then we performed it. Afterwards we did boxercise with Brian and Ciarán. We did some of the activities that we do during boxercise in school. At the end we had a tug of war. Then we were split into two teams and we played rounders. Both teams got turns to hit the ball. We got rolls with sausages on them to eat. I really enjoyed the day.
